ABSTRACT
An interview with Latina researchers at AT&T Labs Research, Alicia Abella, executive director for network and services research, Mary Fernández, executive director for dependable distributed computing, and Valerie Torres, senior technical staff, is presented. Abella manages a group of researchers in the department of innovative services. Fernández and her group conducts basic research on problems of importance to AT&T. Torres is responsible for AT&T's designed of web applications.
