Blair Levin Weighs In

An interview with former U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chief broadband adviser Blair Levin is presented. When asked about the commission's move to clarify its authority across broadband, he mentions their focus on how to get broadband to people, gain higher levels to take on and assurance of economic growth. Levin believes that things have to be done whenever classification entails Universal Service Fund migration to broadband. He is also proud of the work on the broadband plan.
