An interview with Glen Flodstrom, a representative of Wyeth, is presented. Flodstrom suggests managers to have interest in every person in their office. He believes that one should touch the heart of the people first than their mind. He finds it hard to sell to a physician close to them. He suggests that difficult receptionist or nurse should be killed with kindness, respect, and empathy.
