An interview with ING Direct chief information officer (CIO) Rudy Wolfe and SilverTail Systems chief executive officer (CEO) Tim Eades is presented. Wolfe says that one of the unique aspects of the SilverTail product is that it was not redundant and has a different approach in solving problems. When asked about emerging attacks against banks, Eades points to the organized crimes and sophisticated nature of the attacks. Wolfe believes that the attacks tend to be rather scripted and multiple in nature.
