An interview with Derick O'Neill, chief executive officer (CEO) of the United Way of the Treasure Valley, is presented. When asked about the goal of the United Way of the Treasure Valley in 2010, O'Neill says that he would like the United Way to fund issues instead of nonprofits. He relates his experience of bringing his son to a poverty simulation after being asked by his wife. He mentions that his wife is the motivator who always tells him to take a risk.
