"MTU is Setting Global Benchmarks"

An interview with Egon Behle, chief executive officer (CEO) of MTU Aero Engines GmbH, is presented. When asked on how MTU gets along with the global economic crisis, Behle mentions that the company has been performing well even during the crisis year of 2009. He thinks that the global aviation industry is already on its way back to success after the dramatic decline in passengers it experienced. He is proud to say that MTU was able to acquire new engine programs over the last two years.
