An interview with AEG Partners Managing Director Stephen Kunkel is presented. When asked about the economic factor that may hinder companies's restructuring the most, he responds that his biggest concern is the availability of capital. He expects capital to come from mezzanine and speculatives. He points out the importance of duse diligence in obtaining investment opportunities.
