ABSTRACT
An interview with Rogers Cable technology strategy director Scotty Hunter is presented. When asked about the barriers in the deployment of three-screen technology and TV Everywhere, he refers on the required different format to view video content on different devices that include computers and mobile devices. He believes that the session management can allow cable operators to share content across screens. However, he notes that the business rules for the new technology are not yet established.
