An interview with Lyle Heidemann, chief executive officer of True Value Co., is presented. When asked about the growth of the co-op and members, he thinks that when they know how to manage investment, retain and gain competitiveness. Heidemann states that Destination True Value focuses on the remodeling the store or opening the store. He comments on how to survive in 2010 which includes becoming a better operator and better cash managers.
