An interview with Ohio State University (OSU) Athletic Director Gene Smith is presented. He compares his job as an athletic director at OSU with his previous jobs. He discusses his strategic plan of developing the total student-athlete, as well as its significance. He also explains the diversity policy and initiatives of the OSU Athletics, and the acknowledgment of the policies to sexual orientation and gender identity.
