ABSTRACT
An interview with pharmaceutical representative George Ward is presented. When asked about the secret of his consistent success over 36 years, he refers to spending more time in the field and treating everyone with kindness and respect. He recalls that 30 years back, doctors then have more time to sit down and talk. Ward suggests not to let relationships get in the way of selling.
