An interview with Lara Roche, head of people at ZenithOptimedia UK Group, FCIPD, is presented. She shares that she studied psychology at a university because she is fascinated by people and in her final year became interested in people at work. She mentions that she is fascinated by the talent side of human resource (HR). She thinks that HR will become more accountable as people survive from the recession.
