An interview with Justice Florentino P. Feliciano of the Philippines is presented. When asked about his school life in the Philippines and contributions of L'Institut de Droit International to the development of international law, he mentions that university systems of the Philippines and the U.S. have similarities. He suggests the year book of l'Institut which contains information on the geographic distribution of its membership.
