ABSTRACT
An interview with columnist-outdoorsman Stephen Regenold is presented. When asked about his job of testing and reviewing outdoor gear, he replies that he spends much time on his desk, runs and bikes around his hometown all the time and travels once a month. Regenold states that he and his wife bring the children along on their backpacking and camping trips. He thinks the development of lightweight, streamlined and easy-to- use gear will continue.
