An interview with Matt Serra, the chief executive officer (CEO) of Foot Locker Worldwide, is presented. He shares that his previous work experience at Bloomingdale's Inc. and Saks Fifth Avenue Inc. has sharpen his skills on customer service and selling high-end quality merchandise. Serra claims of improving the firm's profitability.
