An interview with Fiona Morgan, human resources (HR) and change director at Lloyds Pharmacy, on how she achieved success in her career is presented. She says that it was her uncle, who was in HR, who convinced her and her mother that HR was a good career path. She recalls that her first HR position was with London Buses. She cites being at Tesco as one of her favorite jobs.
