An interview with Jonathan Kost, senior vice president at Claims & Commercial Solutions Group, is presented. When asked about some of the trend that he sees within the property claims market, he asserts that the sector has become more reliant on technology in terms of processing claims. He relates that some vendors are specializing on services that involve fraud or special investigations. He affirms that the industry is preparing to leverage granular data to provide better services to consumers.
