ABSTRACT
An interview with Grammy Award-winning rap artist LL Cool J is presented. He notes the importance of literacy as a key to living a good life and for kids to be given brighter future. He shares his life being in a household full of books that gave him the courage, force, and means to go after what he wanted as he was growing up. He mentions the significance of education to him as it gives him the ability and power to execute an idea.
