ABSTRACT
An interview with Francis Taylor, the chief security officer for GE, is presented. When asked about the advantage of being previously employed in the U.S. Air Force, Taylor cites of gaining leadership and analytical skills while working with the military. He shares that monitoring and mitigating risks are some of the challenges he encounters in his job. Taylor believes that it is his responsibility to protect the employees and its global operation as part of his commitment.
