An interview with Chartis Insurance president and chief executive officer (CEO) Kristian P. Moor is presented. He states that brokers will remain a critical part of their distribution strategies as they play an essential role between the customers and the carriers. He clarifies that they have not changed their business pricing methods and contends that the accusations against American International Group Inc. (AIG) are false and competitively motivated.
