An interview with Melanie Bien, a company director, and Peter Wright, a mortgage adviser are presented. When asked about their perception regarding the registration of private landlords proposed in Rugg review, Bien questions the efficiency of listing the rental properties of landlords considering that he supports any regulation that will take out rogue landlords. Wright believes that a clear objective of the regulation must be provided for he supports the registration of the private landlords.
