ABSTRACT
An interview with artist Iggy Pop is presented. When asked if he wants people to think of the album "Préliminaires" as a freestanding work of art or as a commentary on the book, he says that it is a freestanding work of art and that it was inspired by the feelings he had reading the book. He also reveals in this interview if there are more musical directions he wants to explore. He also relates how he felt celebrating his 62nd birthday in April 2009. INSET: Lust for Life.
