ABSTRACT
An interview with Dave Tina, corporate broker/manager of Realty One Group, is presented. According to Tina, being a real estate broker and a firefighter are the same since no two days are exactly the same and he handles a different problem every 20 minutes. When asked what inspires him to do his job well, Tina says he likes to see things done fairly and right. He reveals his favorite ways to relax outside of the office.
