ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Tom Raynor, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) at Fleet Feet Inc. Raynor told that Tim Singleton, the Dean of Men at Georgia State and his cross country coach, was his biggest mentor. Singleton says he is proud of the fact that the firm has been able to set up an Employee Stock Ownership Plan to turn over ownership of the company to its employees. Raynor also told how he started his career in the sporting goods industry.
