ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with Matt Carlson, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA). According to Carlson, after taking the job at the NSGA, he has learnt how sporting goods products move through the chain. He mentions provision of adequate services and relationship building as the objectives of the NSGA. According to him, the NSGA is working on a new program in the health insurance arena.
