An interview with studio designer and chief executive officer (CEO) of Ground One AV Inc. Arthur Kelm is presented. When asked about his design philosophy, he states that the needs of the artist must be determined first for the room design. He relates the use of star grounding technique in which the focus is re-bonding the neutral and ground on the second phase of isolation transformer. He learned that the workers on pulling wires and plugging are not the same with a chief electrician.
