ABSTRACT
An interview with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, founder and director of Body-Mind Centering in the U.S. is presented. She discusses spirit and chi energy which she can do with her hands. She adds that chi energy relates more to blood while spirit relates toward neuroendocrine or nervous system. Cohen explains that the reason why she is into meditation is because of her experience of being with someone who is dying. Cohen adds that she draws her inspiration from prayers.
