ABSTRACT
An interview with Lara Baldrian, human resource (HR) adviser of BAM, is presented. She revealed that she would be managing an animal rescue sanctuary or a pet hotel if she was not in HR. She shared that her most embarrassing moment at a job interview was correcting an interviewer who was calling her by the wrong name. She noted that she does not like the phrase "I am a people person" because someone who claims to be one is often not.
