ABSTRACT
An interview with Ralph Tribe, head of human resources (HR) at BT Exact/One IT, is presented. According to Tribe, he started his career in the sales department of a publisher of an HR magazine. He talks about the highlight of his career and motivation. He advises others to go and get an HR job where the scale of the challenge is huge even if the industry is not glamorous.
