An interview with retina specialist Dennis J. O'Connell is presented. When asked about his idea regarding the qualities of sales representatives, he states the prime quality, which is the representative's product knowledge. He mentions how he hates a certain sales personnel who uttered negative feedbacks against the competing brands or companies. He also cites the relevance of understanding the product's safety and efficacy.
