ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Megan Colligan, the co-president of marketing at Paramount Pictures. When asked how marketing for small films has influenced her ability to market major motion pictures, Colligan says that she learned to not take her audience for granted when marketing small films. She comments on marketing that is associated with films that will be released in 2009. Colligan believes that film advertising campaigns will become increasingly important in the future.
