ABSTRACT
An interview with Marcus Homer, the director of Silvercube, is presented. If he was not in the human resource profession, he will be travelling in South America. His most embarrassing moment in a job interview was when a container with his tuna salad lunch split in his bag just before going into the interview. He had to sit through his interview with the smell of the sea wafting up from the floor. His top perk at work is staying at a spa hotels.
