ABSTRACT
An interview with Joe Spinelli, owner of Spinelli's Deli, is presented. Prior to opening the restaurant, Spinelli has completed a degree in Social Work and did a number of case management and prevention jobs. He explains his decision to move to a dinner menu. He also describes the edge of his catering business and how it was able to succeed in a tough economy.
