ABSTRACT
An interview with Division President of Fiserv Corp. Tony Catalfano is presented. He says that Fiserv views core banking system as the heart of the financial institution. He claims that its technology enables banks to make dynamic product packages and offers incentives to customers who buy packages rather than individual products. He cites that the key to drive profitability for banks is to expand their product offering with the right product at the right time delivered without increased costs.
