The article presents an interview with Craig Karmin, a reporter for the newspaper "The Wall Street Journal," regarding a book he wrote entitled "Biography of the Dollar: How the Mighty Buck Conquered the World and Why It's Under Siege." Reasons why Karmin decided to write the book are mentioned. Karmin's opinions regarding financial changes that occurred in 2002 in the U.S. are presented.
