An interview with Phoenix fire chief Robert Khan is presented. When asked about the number of firefighters that have been vaccinated, he mentions that they are able to get almost 90% on the three shifts and staff in about a week. Finding a single person to be the point of contact and project manager is one advice he can give for volunteers and combo departments. He cites that his job is not just to focus on the vulnerable parts of the community, but to do it as a whole.
