ABSTRACT
An interview with Jared Fisher, owner of the Las Vegas Cyclery bike shop and Escape Adventures outdoor tour business, is presented. He says that his career mentor is M. I. Smith, his marketing professor at the University of Nevada, as well as his father. When asked about his biggest goal as a businessman, he cites changing the business-as-usual attitude and getting people who can make differences to start running companies with sustainable business goals. To relax away from his job, he rides his mountain bike and sleep in on Sundays.
