ABSTRACT
An interview with Israel Kalman, a school psychologist, is presented. When asked about school bullying, he explains that school anti-bullying problems often make the problem worse. He discusses the tendency for children to feel victimized and notes that bullying is really about power. His book "Bullies to Buddies" is also mentioned.
