An interview with Chris Dunford, human resource (HR) consultant at Eversheds LLP, is presented. He cited that his first job was in the British National Health Service (NHS), then he transferred to Matra BAe Dynamics. Regarding his current job, Dunford says that he works with clients across all sectors and industries on an array of HR projects. He advises HR professionals to immerse themselves in what the business does so they can really understand the key people issues.
