An interview with Nadeem Esmail, Fraser Institute's director of health system performance studies in Canada is presented. When asked about which Canadian city has the largest number of top corporate headquarters, Esmail cites the data from 1990-2007 that contains several corporate headquarters located in the country's five major cities including Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. Esmail believes that adjusting for population is the only way to measure head offices activities.
