ABSTRACT
An article interviews Hallie and Stan Katz. When asked why their gallery work did not sell, the Katzs explain that the location of their gallery was problematic. The Katzs comment on their marriage a year before they opened the studio in Los Angeles, California. They also remarked about the time they lived in the back of the studio and the pressures of balancing teaching classes, designing jewelry, managing their tool business, and showing their gallery.
