ABSTRACT
An interview with Greg Lernihan, co-founder and president of Convergint Technologies Inc. is presented. When asked about the significance of social responsibility on security industry, Lernihan refers to social responsibility as an adequate recruiting tool, which they share beliefs and are interested in working at a socially responsive organization. He adds that a socially responsible organization is way of life and begins with setting expectations throughout the entire business.
