ABSTRACT
An interview with Paul Harris, Saint Kilda Film Festival director, is presented. When asked what has kept the festival going, he says that the festival provides filmmakers with networking opportunities for feedback and to establish creative alliances. He relates that there have been films about multiculturalism, that seem to tell of future uncertainties, asking of the kind of world and values that are being developed. He adds that some highlights of the festival include cinematographer-turned-director Mark Lapwood's Eclipse which is about Mumbai.
