ABSTRACT
The article presents an interview with Florence Duhl, a curator, teacher and marketing consultant who founded the Florence Duhl Gallery in New York, N.Y., which operated from 1974 through 1981. She talks about how she became involved with art and the presentations of fiber and clay in her gallery. She also discusses the reception of fiber in the gallery and her reasons for closing the gallery.
