ABSTRACT
This article presents an interview with Matt Carlson, new president and chief executive officer (CEO) of the National Sporting Goods Association (NSGA). When asked how did he hear about the opening at NSGA, he replied that he came to know about the opening at through the web site www.careerbuilder.com. He added that the research he conducted on the website, convinced him to join NSGA. He also told that his facilitation skills will serve the organization well.
