ABSTRACT
An interview with Richard Reed, co-founder of drinks firm Innocent, is presented. According to Reed, the development of the company started when they made smoothies at a jazz festival wherein attendees thought that they should continue making them. He mentioned that it took research and development a long time before selling their first smoothies. He also talked about corporate social responsibility (CSR).
