An interview with William Webb, executive director of the Congressional Fire Services Institute in the U.S. He discusses the legislation related to the fire services that would be proposed in 2008 including the collective-bargaining bill and the legislation that would provide volunteers more incentives. He also looks into the budget for the appropriations bill and offers projections on the regulatory issues in 2008.
