ABSTRACT
An interview with vice president Melody Meyer at Chevron USA Inc. is presented. She clarifies that in her profession she is treated equally along with her male counterparts. Meyer stated that in the oil industry, the technology is always unlocking the new resources on the alternatives and the renewables. She agrees regarding the exploration of alternative energy sources such as wind, solar, and renewable resources as solutions to the high prices in oil industry.
