An interview with psychologist Rob Briner about his belief in evidence-based management (EBM) is presented. According to him, evidence-based management is about using the best systematically reviewed evidence available from published research to make decisions about how to manage people and organisations. He mentions that the widespread adoption of EBM in medicine has triggered interest in management circles. He gives an example of the use of evidence-based management in human relations (HR).
