An interview with the chief executive officer (CEO) of FNB Corp. Len Pienaar is presented. When asked on the reason for the failure on cellphone banking on 2002 and 2003, he refers that the integration of WAP does not work out. He stresses that the company introduces first the short service message (SMS). Further, he reveals the adoption of changes for the mobile banking strategy.
